DESCRIPTION:Life can be nutty sometimes — and that stress builds up.\nLat
 ely\, there have been more and more conversations with equestrians who are
  carrying a lot: health concerns\, relationship stress\, uncertainty\, big
  decisions… It's a lot. And nobody is doing anything wrong. But our bodi
 es hold what we're going through\, and horses are just that sensitive and 
 aware. It's hard to separate our life experience from what our horses expe
 rience.\nThat's why A Reset Day for Equestrians was created.\nThis isn't a
 bout fixing your riding or analyzing your horse. This is about giving YOU 
 space to:\n\n\n 	 Release built-up stress and tension\n 	 Learn simple w
 ays to move out of fight-or-flight and into rest and digest\n 	 Feel more
  empowered in an ever-changing world\n\nAnd from that place? Things often 
 begin to shift. Sometimes in how you feel. Sometimes in how your horse res
 ponds. Sometimes in what you start to notice.\nNo pressure. No expectation
 s. Just a reset.\n Schedule:\n\n\n 	10:00 AM – 2:00 PM — Workshop exp
 erience\n 	2:00 PM – 3:00 PM — Community\, networking\, Q&amp\;A and i
 ntegration time\n\n Tools drawn from 20 years of supporting people and an
