A small-group, interactive experience designed to help you truly understand why position matters.
Over four focused hours you’ll:
- ✔ Receive Individual Simulator Assessment (Minimum 30 Minutes of Dedicated Time)
Identify alignment patterns, asymmetries, and stability gaps that may be limiting your effectiveness under saddle. - ✔ Learn Through Guided Observation
Gain insight by watching other riders and understanding common biomechanical patterns and corrections. - ✔ Understand Core Biomechanics Principles
Explore alignment, pelvic mechanics, asymmetry, timing, and the role of the nervous system in performance. - ✔ Leave With a Structured Development Plan
Receive a workbook, corrective exercises, and a clear steps to integrate exercises into your regular riding.
